Other trains like Jharkhand Sampark Kranti Express, Rajdhani Express, Anand Vihar Terminal-Hatia Superfast Special, BBS-Tejas Raj Express are also fully booked. The LTT-Hatia Express from Mumbai to Ranchi is fully booked on October 11th, 13th, and 14th. The SMVT-Hatia Express from Bengaluru to Ranchi is also fully booked on the 8th and 10th. All trains have over 100 waitlists for AC coaches. Some trains to Patna and Kolkata have seats available. For travel to neighboring states of Bihar and Bengal, some trains have seats available. However, most trains to Kolkata from Ranchi are fully booked. The Indian Railways will operate special trains during the festive season. The Santragachi-Ajmer Weekly Special train will run from September 30th to November 18th, passing through Ranchi on Mondays. The return journey will start on October 3rd and run until November 21st on Thursdays. The Coimbatore-Barauni-Coimbatore Weekly Special train via Ranchi and the Coimbatore-Dhanbad-Coimbatore train via Ranchi have been extended until November 29th. The Bhubaneswar-Dhanbad-Bhubaneswar Special train, which passes through Ranchi, will operate from September 30th to December 30th. The Patna-Secunderabad-Hyderabad-Patna Special train will run on the Ranchi route from October 14th to December 30th, departing from Patna on Mondays and Wednesdays, and from Secunderabad and Hyderabad on Wednesdays and Fridays. Several existing special trains have been extended to provide more options for travelers. The Gondia-Patna-Gondia Chhath Puja Special train will pass through Ranchi on November 3rd and 4th.
