Northeast Frontier Railway to operate 26 special trains during this forthcoming Festive season of 2024-25 to clear rush

This year, NFR is running almost double the number of special trains compared to last year. Indian Railways is operating over 6,000 special trains nationwide during this festive season, up from 4,429 last year, to handle the millions of passengers traveling for these festivals.

Special trains is period mein NFR zone mein connectivity ko bhi boost karenge, Agartala, Naharlagun, Silchar, New Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, aur Katihar jaise areas ko connect karenge. Is saal, NFR last year ki tulna mein lagbhag double trains chalane wala hai. Indian Railways is festive season mein October se November tak deshbhar mein 6,000 se zyada special trains chalane wala hai, jo ki last year ke 4,429 trains se zyada hai. Ye sab isliye kiya ja raha hai taki in festivals ke liye travel karne wale millions of passengers ki madad ki ja sake.
