The introduction of group QR tickets in November 2023, allowing up to six passengers to travel together with a 5% discount, further boosted QR ticketing adoption. Passengers can purchase single-trip QR tickets through various platforms including WhatsApp, Namma Metro app, Paytm, and Amazon. The expansion of the Purple Line in October 2023 has also played a significant role in driving ridership and QR code usage.

rakhne wale smart card se kam hai. QR code ki popularity iske convenience aur aasani ki wajah se hai, khaas karke traditional token ke muqable, jiska istemal June 2024 tak 27% tak gir gaya hai. November 2023 mein group QR ticket ka launch, jismein 6 passengers ek saath 5% discount ke saath travel kar sakte hain, ne QR ticketing ko aur boost diya hai. Passengers WhatsApp, Namma Metro app, Paytm, aur Amazon jaise platforms se single-trip QR ticket purchase kar sakte hain. October 2023 mein Purple Line ka expansion ne bhi ridership aur QR code usage mein bada yogdaan diya hai.
