hai. Study mein yeh bhi suggest kiya gaya hai ki train controllers ki efficiency aur well-being ko improve karne ke liye selection procedure, training, aur infrastructure ko improve karna chahiye. Report mein vacancies ko fill karne, pay scales ko improve karne, aur better working conditions provide karne se staff ki kami ko address karne ki bhi baat kahi gayi hai. Study mein train controllers ki health aur well-being ko support karne ke liye improved amenities aur wellness programs ki zarurat par zor diya gaya hai.
