a clash and injuries to three people, including a woman. The police arrived and stopped the demolition. Church members staged a protest, blocking traffic on the Chennai-Nagpur highway. They accused the police of inaction and highlighted the bungalow's historical significance, constructed 150 years ago and previously housing American missionaries who contributed to public service. Disputes over church property sales were also mentioned, involving two factions. The church demanded a high-level inquiry and action against the culprits. MLA Arava Sridhar and TDP leader Sai Vikas Reddy assured the church of legal action and security for their property.
