and other jewelry, along with a fake press card. Khosla used to pose as a businessman or a press reporter to befriend women in trains and steal their purses before reaching their destinations. He has been involved in over 30 cases of theft and robbery at stations in Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Haryana. He was caught in Chakradharpur on August 6th while attempting to steal a purse from a woman in the AC coach of the Howrah Ahmedabad Express.

Raghu kabhi businessman ban ke toh kabhi press reporter ban ke train mein ladies se dosti karta tha aur phir unka purse churi kar ke bhaag jaata tha. Uske khilaf Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh aur Haryana ke stations mein 30 se zyada theft aur robbery ke cases register hain. Usko 6 August ko Chakradharpur mein Howrah Ahmedabad Express ke AC coach mein ek ladies ka purse chori karte hue pakda gaya.
