Mumbai's local train network, a lifeline for millions, has become increasingly dangerous, leading to an alarming number of fatalities. The existing infrastructure, with only one track for long-distance trains in certain areas, exacerbates the problem, leading to complete line disruptions during breakdowns. log mar rahe hai. Accidents ki wajah mainly peak hours mein over crowding hai, jo train ke delays aur breakdowns ki wajah se hota hai. Existing infrastructure, jisme kuchh areas mein long-distance trains ke liye sirf ek track hai, yeh problem aur badha deta hai, aur breakdowns hone par pura track band ho jata hai. Harbour line ko Sandhurst Road tak badhane ka plan bhi logon ko pasand nahin aa raha hai, kyonki isse Panvel se aane wale passengers ko Sandhurst Road pe train badalni padegi, jo bahut pareshani dega. Is project ka maqsad long-distance trains ke liye dedicated tracks bana kar local trains ke liye track free karna hai, lekin isse Harbour line ke passengers ko bahut pareshani hone wali hai.
