Letter mein yeh bhi mention kiya gaya hai ki Chandranathpur (Assam) se Agartala tak ke track ko double-line track mein convert karne ka Final Location Survey (FLS) chal raha hai. Chowdhury ne Agartala-Sabroom rail line ke importance ko bhi highlight kiya hai, jo ki trade and connectivity ke liye other North Eastern states aur Bangladesh ke saath important hai. Unhone Ministry se Agartala-Sabroom double-line rail track project ko priority dene ka request kiya hai aur Chandranathpur-Agartala project ke saath-saath Agartala-Sabroom project ka FLS bhi jaldi complete karne ka request kiya hai, aur dono routes par double-line track ka kaam jaldi start karne ka request kiya hai.
