Gujarat mein railway commissioning mein last decade mein kaafi badhaav aaya hai. 2014 se 2024 tak 2,244 km commission hua hai, jo 2009 se 2014 ke beech commission huye 660 km se 1.69 times zyada hai. Land acquisition, forest clearance aur utility relocation jaise challenges projects ke timeframes ko affect kar sakte hain.
