Business Development Units (BDUs) initiative ke under, Rangiya Division ke andar Biswanath Chariali station se bamboo cuts load kiye gaye. Iske alawa, Falakata station se 42 wagons maize book kiye gaye hai aur Alipurduar Division ke andar Binnaguri station se 21 wagons stone chips book kiye gaye hai. Iske saath hi, Tinsukia Division dwara Assam ke Dhemaji se Madhya Pradesh ke Amlai tak 20 wagons bamboo pahli baar transport kiya gaya. BDU ke under continuous effort ki wajah se, Dimapur station pe parcel earnings, pichhle saal ke same month ki comparison mein 16.69% badh gaye hai. Customer interfaces mein improvement aur new terminals khulne se freight trains ka loading aur unloading badh gaya hai. Iske result mein, N.F. Railway ka revenue aane wale saalon mein kaafi badhega, yeh press release mein kaha gaya hai.
