Metrolite, which wouldn't be able to handle the tricity's projected peak hour traffic by 2054-2055. The Metro system's technology is already well-established in India, making implementation easier and less costly than developing expertise for the Metrolite system. The proposed Metro project will be implemented in two phases: Phase I (2027-2037) will cover 77 km, and Phase II (post-2037) will add another 77.5 km.

gaya kyunki isme Metrolite se jyada passengers le jaane ki capacity hai. Metrolite 2054-2055 tak tricity ki peak hour traffic handle nahi kar payega. India mein Metro system ki technology pehle se hi established hai, isliye isko implement karna Metrolite se zyada aasan aur kam kharcha wala hai. Proposed Metro project do phases mein implement hoga: Phase I (2027-2037) mein 77 km ka network hoga, aur Phase II (2037 ke baad) mein 77.5 km ka network add hoga.
