Is campaign ka matlab passengers ko jagrook karna aur chain pulling ko kam karna hai, taaki trains smooth chal sake aur time pe pahunch sake. January se ab tak, 1569 passengers ko chain pulling ke liye penalize kiya gaya hai, jisse ₹4,18,000 ka fine collect hua hai. Passengers ko in actions ke baare mein bataya ja raha hai taaki woh efficient train operations mein support karein.
