and Bhopal Vande Bharat Express have a new base kitchen in Saket Nagar, while Gatimaan Express has a dedicated kitchen. The commercial department of the railways will also oversee the base kitchens, providing them with an NOC and conducting surprise inspections. This move follows recent incidents where passengers found insects and non-vegetarian food in their vegetarian meals on Vande Bharat Express and Gatimaan Express, leading to a ₹50,000 fine on the catering firm in one instance.

Ye kadam aise incidents ke baad liya gaya hai jahan passengers ne Vande Bharat Express aur Gatimaan Express mein apne vegetarian meals mein insects aur non-vegetarian food paya tha, jiske baad ek instance mein catering firm par ₹50,000 ka fine laga tha.
