Jaise, ek passenger ki death ek berth girne se, ek locomotive passenger train se alag ho gaya, aur high-speed trains ki speed kam karne ka decision. Isse yeh pata chalta hai ki training kaafi nahin hai, accountability nahin hai, aur front-line railway staff ki asli needs ko address nahin kiya ja raha hai.
