When the Railway Board's Vigilance team received a complaint about the hospital's unethical practices, they instructed the DRM/Jodhpur to remove Medipals from the list. The Chief Medical Superintendent (CMS) of Jodhpur was instructed to convey this order to the hospital, but instead, suppressed it. The Vigilance team subsequently reached the railway hospital to investigate the matter, after which the order to remove Medipals from the list was finally delivered to the hospital.
