A private company has secured the tender for the RUB, adding to their ongoing work on the Major Arterial Road (MAR). This RUB will connect to the Metro line under construction by BMRCL and will span four lanes. The MAR project, facing delays due to land acquisition issues, is expected to be completed soon. The RUB between Kenchenahalli and Hejjala railway stations will connect the Metro line to the two roads. The MAR project, spanning 10.75 km and costing ₹450 crore, is underway. This road will be 100 meters wide with 8 lanes, connecting all 9 blocks of Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout and providing access to Magadi Road and Mysore Road. The project includes three underpasses, 35 small bridges, and the railway underbridge. Once completed, the MAR project will significantly reduce traffic congestion by linking the two roads. The approval of the RUB will enhance connectivity between Mysuru and Magadi Road, benefiting commuters and real estate prospects in the area.

Ek private company ne RUB banane ka tender le liya hai, jo Major Arterial Road (MAR) par unka ongoing work ka part hai. Yeh RUB BMRCL dwara banaye ja rahe Metro line se connect hoga aur four lanes ka hoga. MAR project, land acquisition ke legal issues ke wajah se delay ho raha hai, par BDA officials ne confirm kiya hai ki ye project jaldi hi complete ho jaayega. Unhone bataya ki legal matters almost resolve ho gaye hain aur resolve hone ke baad, remaining road work jaldi se start ho jaayega. Kenchenahalli aur Hejjala railway stations ke beech banaaya ja raha RUB, Metro line ko dono roads se connect karega. MAR project, jo 10.75 km lamba hai aur ₹450 crore ka budget hai, chal raha hai.
