The ROB at Donar is crucial for connecting two sub-divisions of the district to the headquarters and is the primary route for residents of eight blocks in Benipur and Birouli subdivisions, as well as those traveling to Saharsa and Purnea. The local MLA, Sanjay Sarawagi, met with the Additional Chief Secretary of the Bihar State Road Development Corporation (BSRDC) on June 19th to expedite the administrative approval from the cabinet, which is required before the tender process can begin. The MP, Gopalji Thakur, confirmed that the ROB project has received central approval and will commence upon state approval. The BSRDC's DGM, Rajkumar, explained that the corporation has completed all its procedures and submitted the proposal for administrative clearance to the cabinet. The tender process will begin as soon as the clearance is received.
