Railway officials avoided commenting on the cause of the delay. Passengers complained about frequent delays in train arrivals, causing them inconvenience. The Unchahar Express, traveling from Chandigarh to Prayagraj, was also delayed by half an hour, further adding to the travel troubles for passengers bound for Kanpur and Unnao.

Railway officials ne train late hone ke karan ke baare mein kuchh nahi kaha. Passengers ne kaha ki roz train late hoti hai aur isse unhein bahut pareshani hoti hai. Chandigarh se Prayagraj jaane wali Unchahar Express bhi apne scheduled time se aadh ghante late Kunchasi Railway Station pe pahunchi. Isse Kanpur aur Unnao jaane waale passengers ko aur pareshani hui.
