no doctor was present when the train arrived. Due to the lack of a veterinarian, Durga was refused permission to take Tommy's body back to Begusarai. She was eventually allowed to take Tommy's body with a consent letter and left the train in Kanpur. The railway officials are investigating the incident.

ka assurance mila, par train ke Kanpur Central pahunchne par koi doctor nahi tha. Railway ke pass veterinarian nahi hone ke wajah se Durga ko Tommy ka body le jaane ki permission nahi mili. Consent letter ke saath, Durga ko finally Tommy ka body le jaane ki permission mil gayi aur woh Kanpur mein train se utar gayi. Railway officials ab is incident ki jaanch kar rahe hai.
