shikayaten sirf AC sambandhi raheen. Control room, rail madad, Twitter par rozana shikayaten aa rahi hain. Yaatri haath wala pankha aur aney jugaad ke sahaare yaatra karne ko majboor hain. Yaatriyon ka manana hai ki woh kiraya toh AC ka de rahe hain, lekin safar mano bhatti mein baith kar kar rahe hain.
