repair or removal. A clogged urinal in the dormitory was also identified, and the engineering department was instructed to rectify it. Debris from various departments behind the parcel office was noted, with a three-day deadline set for its removal. Failure to comply would result in a show-cause notice to the supervisors of the three departments. The officials stressed the need to expedite the commissioning of the under-construction lift on platforms 2 and 3, citing its importance for disabled and senior citizens. The widening of platforms 2 and 3 is also planned. The need for a restroom for female railway staff at the Burmamaines Gate and a new bed and furniture in the RPF rest room at the station were raised. A directive was issued to the departmental supervisor to focus on station cleanliness, environmental protection, and operational efficiency of passenger facilities. The ADRM and Senior DCM instructed the parcel supervisor to resolve passenger and consumer issues promptly. The parcel office was ordered to install a board displaying rules for customers, dispose of old records by burning them, and expedite the commissioning of the parcel scanner for security purposes. Senior DCM Aditya Choudhary stated that a blueprint has been developed for the transformation of Tatanagar station into a world-class facility, including the placement of passenger amenities at key locations to avoid future complications during development. Parcel office ke peeche alag-alag departments ka malba tha, jispe officials ne kaha ki 3 din mein hatao. Agar nahi hata, to teen departments ke supervisors ko show-cause notice de denge. Platform 2 aur 3 pe ban rahi lift ko jaldi start karne ka pressure dala gaya, kyuki yeh disabled aur senior citizens ke liye bahut important hai. Platform 2 aur 3 ko bada karne ki bhi plan hai. Burmamaines Gate pe female railway staff ke liye toilet banane aur station pe RPF rest room mein new bed and furniture lagane ki baat bhi uthai gayi. Station check karne ke baad officials ne department ke supervisor ko station ki safai, environment protection aur passenger facilities ke operation pe dhyaan dene ka order diya. ADRM aur Senior DCM ne parcel supervisor ko kaha ki passenger aur customer ki problem ko jaldi solve karo. Parcel office ko customer ke liye rules ka board lagaane, purane records jalane aur security ke liye parcel scanner ko jaldi start karne ka order diya gaya. Senior DCM Aditya Choudhary ne bataya ki Tatanagar station ko world-class banane ke liye plan banaya gaya hai, aur passenger facilities ko key locations pe lagaane ka map bana hai, taki aage chalke development ke time problem na ho. Station pe aur bhi facilities badhaane ki plan hai.
