The ADRM and Senior DCM instructed the parcel supervisor to resolve passenger and consumer issues promptly. The parcel office was ordered to install a board displaying rules for customers, dispose of old records by burning them, and expedite the commissioning of the parcel scanner for security purposes. Senior DCM Aditya Choudhary stated that a blueprint has been developed for the transformation of Tatanagar station into a world-class facility, including the placement of passenger amenities at key locations to avoid future complications during development.
