Meeting mein upgradation se related sabhi aspects pe baat hui. Union ke Upper Maha Mantri aur Dhanbad Division ke PNM Prabhari, Ziauddin ne bataya ki Railway Board ne jo upgradation ke liye guidelines jaari kiya hai, usko pura follow karna chahiye. Agar jarurat padi to is matter ko headquarter mein General Manager ke samne present kiya jaana chahiye.
