This is being done due to increasing train traffic and the existing infrastructure's inability to handle it efficiently, especially when a third train arrives on a platform with two trains already present. Surveys are underway for doubling some routes. Work on these upgrades has started in some areas and will soon begin in the aforementioned 5 stations.

Yeh sab train traffic badhne ki wajah se kiya ja raha hai, kyonki existing infrastructure efficiently handle nahi kar pata, especially jab ek platform pe do trains ke sath ek aur train aati hai. Kuchh routes ke doubling ke liye surveys bhi chal rahe hai. Yeh upgrades ka kaam kuchh areas mein start ho chuka hai aur jaldi hi upar mention kiye gaye 5 stations mein bhi shuru hoga.
