Thursday night. The complaint alleges that Deepak was accused of rape and booked under POCSO Act in May 2024. The victim's family alleges that Deepak and Sudhanshu threatened them about the case. They claim that the accused arrived on a black motorcycle and fired two rounds at the victim's home on Thursday night, narrowly missing the victim's brother.

goli chali. Firing ka aarop Deepak (Mahaveer Nagar) aur uske dost Sudhanshu pe laga hai. Shikayat mein bataaya gaya ki 8 May ko, Deepak Kumar ke khilaf Dhanbad Mahila Thana mein rape aur POCSO Act ke under FIR register kiya gaya tha. Is case mein, victim ka medical bhi hua tha. Case uthane ki dhamki bar-bar di ja rahi thi. Thursday raat, Deepak aur Sudhanshu ek black bike pe aaye aur victim ke ghar ke pass do round firing kar di. Firing mein victim ka bhai bal-bal bach gaya. Fir dono waha se bhaag gaye.
