The union also addressed concerns about running room issues in Motipura and temporary staff postings. The meeting discussed ways to improve the performance index, with the West Central Railway ranking second in the Indian Railways based on performance. The Kota workshop set a record by performing 662 wagon POHs in a month. The meeting also addressed a key demand by the union - patients at the railway hospital will now receive three months worth of medication instead of one month. Finally, the meeting ensured that all locomotives are inspected before leaving the shed to guarantee AC functionality.
