Saalon mein, station ne bahut saare locomotives dekhe, yeh India mein railway infrastructure ke technical development and standardization ko dikhata hai. Station ki original structure ko aajkal modern kar diya gaya hai, par kuchh elements, jaise Platform 1 ke upar arched section, unke purane time se hain. Umeed hai ki station ka historical importance future generations ke liye preserve kiya jaayega, London ke St Pancras station ki tarah, jahaan old and new ko combine kiya gaya hai.
