The Himgiri Express, operating between Jammu Tawi and Howrah, was delayed for 17 hours, arriving at Nihalgarh at 9:39 AM on Saturday instead of its scheduled time of 4:46 PM on Friday. The Station Superintendent, Praveen Singh, attributed the delays to unavoidable circumstances.
