history. The division had previously earned ₹89.94 crore from the sale of 21,460 metric tons of scrap through e-auctions in FY 2023-24. The Stores Department conducts around fifty such auctions annually to dispose of scrap collected from various depots across the division. The scrap sold includes railway scrap, S&T waste, miscellaneous waste, iron, steel, and other metals, all disposed of through e-auctions. The division is committed to meeting the target set by the Railway Board for scrap sale. Vijayawada DRM Narendra A Patil commended the efforts of the Stores Department and congratulated Senior DMM K B Tirupati and his team for generating the highest revenue in a single e-auction.

e-auction se aane wala ab tak ka sabse bada revenue hai. Pehle, FY 2023-24 mein, division ne e-auction ke through 21,460 metric ton scrap bech kar 89.94 crore rupees ka revenue kamaya tha. Division ke different depots se scrap ko dispose karne ke liye Stores Department har saal around fifty auctions karta hai. Scrap sale mein railway scrap, S&T waste, miscellaneous waste, iron, steel, aur other metals jaise items shamil hai, jinko e-auction ke through dispose kiya jaata hai. Division, railway board dwara set kiye gaye scrap sale ke target ko achieve karne ke liye poori koshish kar raha hai.
