and those traveling with unbooked luggage. A total of ₹14,06,850 was collected as fines from these passengers, and they were warned. 174 ticket checking staff were deployed for the drive. The checking teams also checked stations and various mail and express trains. The drive was carried out under the instructions of the Divisional Railway Manager. The Dhanbad Railway Division plans to continue such drives in the future. The aim of the drive is to increase ticket counter sales, curb ticketless travel, and encourage passengers to purchase tickets, ensuring future ticket purchase.
