CRIS to automate the refund process. The changes have resulted in a significant decrease in refund processing time, with almost 98% of refunds being processed within a day. The improvements come as passenger numbers on the railways have risen significantly this summer season, leading to an increase in cancellations and refund requests.

aur CRIS dwara refund process ko automate karne ke liye system upgrade shamil hain. in changes se refund processing time mein kaafi kamyabi aayi hai, aur almost 98% refunds ek din ke andar process ho rahe hain. yeh improvements is summer season mein railway mein passengers ki badhti hui numbers ke sath aaye hain, jisse cancellation aur refund requests mein badhotri aayi hai.
