On April 23rd, Avadhesh, a 25-year-old IT professional, fell from a crowded local train between Diva and Mumbra stations. Lata Argade, secretary of the Suburban Railway Pravasi Mahasangh, expressed concern over the overcrowding and lack of planned train operations, urging the railway administration to meet with commuter organizations and address the issue. Argade also highlighted the dangerous curve between Kopar and Diva, which causes the train to lean, contributing to the risk of falling.
