the Railway Safety Department revealed that the fire extinguisher was old, poorly maintained, and over 12 years old. The primary maintenance of the Valsad-Muzaffarpur Shramik Express is conducted at Valsad Junction, placing responsibility for the train's maintenance and safety on Valsad Junction. The investigation report has been submitted to the Western Railway, and an investigation into the negligence of the C&W department at Valsad Junction will commence.

unhone dusra cylinder use kiya to woh unke haath mein hi blast ho gaya. Isse unki मौके पर ही मौत ho gayi. Railway Safety Department aur panch agencies ne jaanch ki. Sabhi ne fire extinguisher ko kharab aur purana bataya. Iska rakh rakhaav bhi bahut bura tha. Yeh 12 saal se zyada purana tha. Valsad Junction par train ka primary maintenance hota hai, matlab ki is train ki maintenance aur safety ki poori zimmedari Valsad Junction ki hai. Jaanch report Western Railway ko bhej di gayi hai. Ab Valsad Junction ke C&W department ki laaparvahi se related jaanch shuru hogi.
