bina ticket ke travel karne ko majbur hain. Isse, train mein pakde jaane ka darr bhi rehta hai. Jhargaram, Hatia Bardwan jaise trains is halt pe rukte hain, aur passengers bhi bahut hote hain. Platform nahi hone ki wajah se, passengers ko train mein chadhne-utarte samay bahut dikkat hoti hai, khass kar ladies, bachche aur buddhe passengers ke girne ka khatra rehta hai. Is route se bahut saari express aur local trains jaati hain, lekin is halt pe dhyan nahi hai. Passengers ka kehna hai ki agar yaha ticket counter aur platform hota, toh bahut aasan hota. Yahan bethne aur peene ke pani tak ki bhi suvidha nahi hai. Ticket counter khulwane ke liye, kai baar protest bhi kiya gaya, lekin koi fayda nahi hua. Passengers ki suvidha ke liye, railway administration ka dhyan nahi hai.
