commuters bahut upset hain. Logon ka kehna hai ki common locals mein bahut jam hai aur AC locals mein jagah nahi milti. Western Railway ne bataya hai ki 9:53 AM local tab chalna shuru hoga jab speed restrictions hat jaayengi, but is situation se yeh saaf hai ki AC trains ko badhaane aur common commuters ki jarurat ko balance karna bahut mushkil hai.
