Mumbai and Pune. This inspection was significant as it was the first time a General Manager-level official visited the ghat section for a detailed examination. The inspection started at 5:00 am and covered 3.5 km of the ghat, including the critical stretch from Monkey Hill Cabin to Thakurwadi. The inspection highlights the Central Railway's proactive maintenance approach, which involves ongoing drainage cleaning work expected to be completed before the monsoon arrives. Additionally, the construction of new drainage channels is underway to further strengthen safety measures.

Hill tunnel ki bhi inspection ki, yeh tunnel Mumbai aur Pune ko jodta hai. Yeh inspection iss liye mahatvpurn thi kyunki yeh pehli baar tha jab General Manager level ka koi official ghat section ki detailed examination ke liye aaya. Inspection subah 5:00 baje shuru hui aur ghat ke 3.5 km ki doori cover ki, jisme Monkey Hill Cabin se Thakurwadi tak ka important stretch bhi shamil tha. Inspection se Central Railway ka proactive maintenance approach saaf dikhta hai, jisme nalion ki saafsafai ka kaam chal raha hai aur yeh monsoon se pehle complete hone ki ummeed hai. Iske alawa, naye drainage channels bhi banaye ja rahe hain jisse safety measures aur strong banenge.
