The seized liquor, valued at Rs 48,000, was handed over to the Excise PS/Secunderabad for further legal action. RPF Secunderabad's Senior Divisional Security Commissioner Debashmita C Banerjee stated that Operation Satark reflects a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal activities within the railway network and urged the public to report any suspicious activities. In 2023, the RPF Secunderabad division confiscated contraband goods worth Rs 27.7 crore, representing a 206% increase compared to the previous year.
