The ROB will benefit residents of several colonies located on the other side of the railway tracks, including CTO, Camp No. 12, Mathai Nagar, Devlok Colony, Satyam Colony, and Poojasri Nagar. It will also provide an alternative route for those travelling to Airport Road via Data Colony. The ROB will also be connected to Sant Hirdaram Nagar station, making it easier for CTO residents to access the station.
