Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Youth Wing Convener and Treasurer of the Northeast Railway Employees Union, mentioned the issue of pay-stepping for previously appointed Loco Inspectors, suggesting their salaries be aligned with junior Loco Pilots. The meeting was attended by Federation President Guman Singh, General Secretary of the North Railway Workers Union BC Sharma, and representatives from the Railway Administration including the Chairman and CEO, member Finance, member Operations, Director General of Human Resources, and other officials.
