that one or two of the chilling plants are often not operational, and the air-conditioning system is switched off overnight to save electricity. Passengers have complained about the heat and lack of fans and air conditioning in waiting areas. The station also faces other problems, including a broken baggage scanner and an absent railway protection force. The terminal, despite its impressive design, is facing challenges in providing basic amenities for passengers. Although the railway officials acknowledge the issue and are working on addressing the air conditioning problems, the overall experience for passengers at SMVT falls short of the airport-like ambience it was intended to offer.

aati hai, jiske wajah se passengers garmi mein uncomfortable rehte hain. Sources ke according, ek ya do chilling plants aamtor pe kaam nahin karte, aur raat mein electricity bachaane ke liye AC band kar diya jaata hai. Passengers ne garmi aur waiting areas mein fans aur AC nahin hone ki shikayat ki hai. Station mein aur bhi problems hain, jaise ki broken baggage scanner aur railway protection force ka nahin hona. Terminal, apne impressive design ke baavajood, passengers ke liye basic amenities provide karne mein challenges face kar raha hai. Railway officials ne issue ko accepted kiya hai aur AC problem ko solve karne ke liye kaam kar rahe hain, lekin SMVT mein passengers ka overall experience airport-like ambience se bahut kam hai jiska woh waada kiya gaya tha.
