Railways ne revised SOP banane ka claim kiya aur forest department ne kaha ki unke measures se 1000 se zyada mauton ko rokne mein madad mili, lekin court ne unke actions ko inadequate maana. Court ne authorities ko incidents ki investigation karne aur 23 April tak report submit karne ka order diya.
