Railway Administration. The Rajgir-Anand Vihar 03239/03240 Holi Special Train will depart from Rajgir on March 31st at 11:00 AM and arrive in Prayagraj at 8:20 PM. The return journey from Anand Vihar will start on April 1st at 8:00 AM and reach Prayagraj by 6:00 PM. The Bhagalpur-New Delhi 03483/03484 Superfast Holi Special Train will leave Bhagalpur on March 30th at 11:00 AM and arrive in Prayagraj at 10:10 PM. The return journey from New Delhi will begin on March 31st at 10:30 AM and reach Prayagraj by 6:10 PM.
