A passenger at Prayagraj Junction, V.K. Dwivedi, stated that he reached the station at 8:00 am to book a Tatkal ticket for Delhi, but the quota was exhausted by 10:00 am when the booking opened. Another passenger, Rakesh Srivastava from Naini, expressed disappointment at the lack of confirmed berths on any train to Delhi or Anand Vihar despite the railway's claim of running sufficient special trains.

Prayagraj Junction par Delhi ke liye Tatkal ticket karwane aaye V.K. Dwivedi ne bataya ki woh subah 8:00 baje hi station par pahunche the. 10:00 baje jab tatkal ka reservation shuru hua to kuchh hi minutes mein tatkal ticket khatam ho gaye. Naini ke Rakesh Shrivastava ne bataya ki railway ki taraf se special trains chalane ka daava kiya ja raha hai, lekin unhe Delhi ya Anand Vihar ke liye kisi bhi train mein confirm berth nahi mili.
