The QR code scanning device has been implemented as a pilot project and has seen significant adoption, with most passengers opting for QR code payments. In addition, 20 stations within the division offer Automatic Ticket Vending Machines (ATVM) where passengers can purchase general tickets using QR codes, R-Wallet, and the UTS mobile app, avoiding queues and offering a bonus of 3% for R-Wallet payments. The initiative has eliminated the hassle of finding change, which previously led to conflicts between passengers and staff.

QR code scanning device ko pilot project ke tor pe lagaya gaya hai aur isne kaafi adoption dekha hai, zyadatar passengers QR code se payments kar rahe hain. Iske saath hi, division ke 20 stations pe Automatic Ticket Vending Machines (ATVM) bhi hain jahan passengers QR codes, R-Wallet, aur UTS mobile app se general tickets kharid sakte hain, queue se bach sakte hain aur R-Wallet se payments karne pe 3% bonus bhi milta hai. Isse khulle ki dikkat bhi khatam ho gayi hai, jo pehle passengers aur staff ke beech jhanjhat ka karan banta tha.
