Previously, bookings had to be made in person at the Personnel Department, leading to delays and potential corruption. The new online booking system aims to streamline the process and ensure fairness for all users. The facilities that can be booked online include the community hall near Jabalpur railway station, the Madan Mahal railway building, community halls in Sagar, Damoh, and Katni stations, and five railway engineering institutes.
