more... km from Dadri (UP) to Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust in Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra), aims to separate freight trains from passenger trains, thus improving efficiency and reducing transportation costs. This project, along with the Eastern DFC, is a significant milestone in India's infrastructure development. The Minister highlighted that the DFC will benefit farmers in the Faridabad Lok Sabha constituency by facilitating the transportation of milk to Mumbai, boosting dairy production and making milk available at lower costs in Maharashtra and other states. The Western DFC, a 128 km stretch from New Dadri to New Rewari Junction, includes 5 stations: New Dadri, New Faridabad, New Prithla, New Tawadu, and New Dharuheda. This section connects the DFCC with the Indian Railways in Asawati, Palwal, and Gautam Buddh Nagar.
