one has been completed, and that one is not operational. Passengers are forced to use stairs or cross railway tracks to access other platforms. While three escalators are proposed for the new foot overbridge, none are planned for descending. This lack of accessibility options contrasts with other major stations, which have both ascending and descending escalators. Tatanagar only has one operational lift, with a second one under construction. The delay in installing these essential facilities raises concerns for passenger convenience.

kiya gaya tha, par sirf ek hi bana hai, aur wo bhi kaam nahin kar raha. Passengers ko platforms badalne ke liye seedhiyan chadhni padti hai ya railway tracks par se cross karna padta hai. Naya foot overbridge par toh teen escalators lagane ki baat hai, par utarne ke liye koi escalator nahin hai. Dusre badi railway stations par chadhne aur utarne dono ke liye escalators hote hain, par Tatanagar mein sirf chadhne ke liye hain, aur woh bhi sirf teen platforms par. Tatanagar mein sirf ek lift kaam kar raha hai, aur dusra ban raha hai. In essential facilities ko lagane mein der hone se passengers ko station tak pahunchne aur wahan se jaane mein bahut dikkat ho rahi hai.
