like temperature, speed, and emergency contact numbers will also be displayed. The system will replace the existing static maps in each coach, with four dynamic maps planned per coach. The CMRL is considering using the space for advertisements, but no decision has been made yet. Out of the 52 trains procured, 45 are currently operational, with the remaining serving as standby. A prototype of the system is expected to be ready by the end of this year, and the rollout will begin in batches early next year.
