He instructed officers on how to increase revenue in the division and inspected the Commercial Department's office and Chakradharpur station. He also awarded three women employees of the Commercial Department – CS Hiramani Diggi, CI Rashmi Kalundia, and TTE Shaheen Khatoon – for their outstanding work on the occasion of International Women's Day.

Jahan bhi unhe koi kami nazar aayi use durust karne ka unhone sambandhit adhikari ko nirdesh diya.
