1269.8 crore rupees and will take three years to complete. It will involve the construction of 16 large bridges and 38 small bridges, increasing track capacity and allowing for the operation of 15 percent more freight trains in addition to passenger trains. The project will also include the laying of the foundation stone for the gauge conversion of the Narkatiaganj-Gonaha line and the redevelopment of the Bettiah railway station. PM Modi will also flag off two new train services between Narkatiaganj-Gonaha and Raxaul-Jogbani. He will dedicate the doubling of the 62-kilometer-long rail line from Bapudham Motihari to Pipraha to the nation.
