A Coimbatore-based member of the Zonal Railway Users’ Consultative Committee (ZRUCC) has opposed the Railways’ decision to extend the Coimbatore-Bengaluru Uday Express (train no. 22665/6) to Palakkad. Kerala dono ke liye better connectivity provide karega aur zyada logon ko fayda hoga. Unhone Coimbatore se Palani aur Madurai ke liye subah ki train na hone ka issue uthaya hai aur dono options diye hain: ya toh Amrita Express ko Coimbatore se hota hua re-route karna ya Uday Express ko additional coach facilities ke saath overnight express train mein convert karna.
